Since the number of weeks in a month varies, assigning a value per-visit allows us to better track services for our clients. As an added bonus, it helps ensure transparency in our pricing, particularly in cases where a service is canceled or another service is added for the week.

This is perhaps one of the most critical yet neglected topics in our trade. In short, the LSI is an index that determines whether your water is likely to scale or corrode surfaces and equipment. We strive to keep the LSI in check, and we do not follow the typical "range chemistry" practice. Your chemicals can be "in range" while actually being terribly out of balance. An LSI held out of balance for a significant amount of time can lead to costly repairs.

While others will offer lower prices and cut corners, remember: it pays to hire professionals you can trust. As you search for your next service provider, be sure to ask them about LSI.

We don't have advertised limits for our included chemicals, but there are limitations. In an extreme case, a pool may require additional chemical charges, but this, of course, is rare. When we are first onboarding a customer, we may need to charge for startup chemicals if a large quantity or needed.

Customers experiencing chronic water loss, which would allow for the startup chemicals to work their way out of the water, may have additional chemical charges.

Our standard offering is one cleaning visit per week. This is billed on the first of every month, and you would be billed for the number of cleaning visits completed in the previous billing cycle (plus tax).

Higher-cost repairs do require a deposit before beginning work, and will usually be billed separately from your regular bill. Smaller items and repairs will be added to the regular bill (with your approval, of course!).

Generally we recommend the full service for anyone who is wanting a more hands-off experience. In some cases, a custom service would be best, as it provides options for more frequent cleaning, and a broader range of chemicals can be included.
